What does Federal Reserve do and why do we need it? These and other questions will be answered by Stephan Clayton from the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank.

Stephen Clayton is an Economic Education Specialist. Clayton joined the Economic Education unit of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in August 2010.

One of his primary responsibilities is researching and developing technology-driven resources to enhance understanding of economics and personal finance. His particular focus is the secondary classroom.

Prior to joining the Dallas Fed, he was a financial adviser with Edward Jones Investments. Clayton has a BA from Austin College with a focus on economics, philosophy and mathematics and has done postgraduate work in economics at the University of North Texas.
