Wednesday, November 9th at 1:30, author Kathleen Kent will talk about how the stories her mother and grandmother told her as a child inspired her to do the research that lead to writing these two books.
The notorious Salem Which Trials are the historical center point of Kathleen Kent’s two novels; The Heretic’s Daughter and The Wolves of Andover. Publisher’s Weekly Review describes The Heretic’s Daughter as a, “fresh, bracing and unconventional take on a much-covered episode.”
The Heretic’s Daughter was published in 2008. The Wolves of Andover, published in 2010, is a prequel to that story.
This program is hosted by Lochwood Branch Library Friends. It is free of charge and open to the public.
