James Robert Salter passed away on August 31, 2012.
Jim was a past board member of Lochwood Branch Library Friends, and the husband of LBLF Vice President Ginnie Salter. Jim was an Industrial Psychologist who, after retirement, continued to pursue many interests that he developed over the years. Among many other activities, Jim was a photographer, musician, writer, and generous volunteer.
